Can I make changes to my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes the order number and details.
We receive your order details in our system and it is processed automatically after 24 hours after the order is placed. Afterward, since we are producing custom-made products, changes cannot be made.
If your order was placed less than 1 business day ago, you may send us a message with your request and we will review it.
