How can I check my order status?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes the order number and details.
We receive your order details in our system and it is processed automatically after 1 business day.
Orders are usually produced within 3 business days, then being viewed by a quality control team and sent to a shipping facility.
In most cases, when the order is shipped an automated e-mail with the shipment tracking details will be sent to you and you can follow up on it.
Orders usually arrive within 12 business days.
